What a great shoot. I returned home from Robinsonville, Mississippi late Sunday night. I shot a total of six videos at the Nike basketball clinic - a new record for me. Our flights there and back were fine and our resort was great.
The convention center that we shot at was pretty neat. There was a fullsize basketball court that was laid out, piece by piece, in the middle of one huge room. It was pretty amazing to see this regular ballroom converted into what you see below.
We had a pretty efficient system setup for doing the intros and outros before (or occassionally after) each session. We prepared the backroom so we could take a coach back there at any time to shoot him/her one-on-one. That dang banner kept falling down though because Mississippi is so humid!
Zach graduates this weekend from CLHS. Ronda and I will be heading back to the lake to spend a weekend with my family. I hope to get a game of golf in sometime, and Ronda and I will be taking our bikes with us so we can ride around the lake. Robert turns 21 Friday night, which now means that, as of this weekend, ALL of my friends will be able to hit up the bars.
Maybe Bob and I will school some fools in pool this weekend. I dropped a decent chunk of change on blackjack in Robinsonville so I could stand to win a wager or two ;)
