I'm really starting to love the Pacific Northwest. The mountains and trees and crisp clean air make my day - every day.
Ronda and I will be heading back to the midwest on December 22. We're looking forward to so many things. Of course, seeing family and friends are at the top of our wish lists, but I'm also looking forward to:
- Dinner at the Half Moon Inn
- A Monte Cristo sandwich at Bennigans
- Hunting on Grandpa's land
- Driving around the lake
- Sledding!
We put up our Christmas tree last night, and it looks more beautiful than ever before. We enjoyed some hot cocoa, put up our decorations while "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation" played in the background, and proceeded to watch a corny Christmas movie on the Hallmark Channel.
One of these weekends we're going to have a small celebration for our favorite four legged friend as he'll be spending the holiday vacation in a kennel at the vet. He's gonna be downright spoiled up until we leave!
